Poland has a strong and growing fitness market, but many clients are still looking for more privacy, flexibility, and personalization. BetterGym brings a new category to the market: private fitness powered by technology and AI.
Fitness experience is helpful, but not required. We are more interested in strong business experience, local market knowledge, operational discipline, and the motivation to build a premium fitness business.
BetterGym works well in compact commercial spaces of around 50 to 75 m². The location does not need to be on the busiest high street, but it should be accessible, safe, and convenient for clients.
We provide support with the concept, gym layout, equipment selection, AI trainer setup, technology, operational know how, marketing materials, onboarding, and launch preparation.

Our current gyms use premium equipment such as Technogym, together with selected functional training accessories. For Poland, we can discuss the optimal equipment package based on the business model and investment plan.
Betty helps guide clients through their training experience. She supports individual programs, exercise guidance, motivation, and a more personal workout journey, without the need for a traditional personal trainer in every session.
